Please also note that each shipment of these items requires an adult signature upon delivery. If there is no one present to collect the parcel, it will be sent to the nearest post office to await your collection. The courier will leave a message informing you the branch and its address.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We trust no other courier other than the best. We ship all our products via UPS or Federal Express depending on the countries. After your order has been sent, you will receive via email, the tracking number where you can track the exact whereabouts of your order.
Assuming that we have the item in stock, you will receive your order within 5-10 days.
If the particular item is not in stock, there may be a delay of 2-3 days in which case, we will contact you immediately to inform you.

What is a Weight Fee? This is a systematic way of categorizing an item in your order depending on its weight and parcel size. Therefore the lighter and smaller an item, the cheaper the cost of the shipping.
To calculate your total shipping cost, refer to the shipping table above for your respective zone. Add the Base Fee according to your zone and the Weight Fee of each item in your order.
Example 1
If you are ordering from the U.S.A. and have ordered 2 items (1 item weighing at 1.1 pounds and 1 item weighing at 2.2 pounds), this is the calculation of your shipping cost.

Return Policy
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Dragon Gate Palace and that the items are in good sellable conditions. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Please include your packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, ensure the parcel is clearly written as a return item and ship it back to the correct address. Please use either standard or normal registered post to ship your items back to us. If you are not sure of which post to use, do not hesitate to contact us. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be exchanged or refunded.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.
