Returns Information
Dragon-Gate.com does not accept exchanges for wholesale orders, unless there are proven manufacturing defects you have encountered with our shipped items. The fastest, easiest way for an exchange or a refund is to contact our friendly Customer Service staff at wholesale@dragon-gate.com. Each purchase from the Dragon-Gate.com Feng Shui Wholesale Retailer is unique by itself, thus it will need our attention - there may be cases where you don't even need to pay up any additional costs for sending your items back to us.
